Immunity-Enhancing Turmeric Soup with Vegetables

This Immunity-boosting turmeric vegetable soup is like no other; every sip of this warm and healthy soup is a divine experience.

A nourishing, light, satisfying, and healthy soup withbroccoli, zucchini, carrots, rice, coconut milk, and more! If you want to overhaul your immune system, especially during cold and flu season, this nutritious soup is perfect for you! 


  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/3 cup white rice
  • 1 large crown broccoli, chopped
  • 3 medium to large carrots, peeled & chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini squash
  • 1 large crown broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Earth Signature Turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut aminos or gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 (2-inch) nub ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


Option 1: Add all of the ingredients to a pot, cover it, and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the vegetables have reached the desired done-ness.

Option 2: For a more flavorful broth, add the vegetable broth, turmeric, ginger, garlic and chopped onions to the pot and bring it to a boil. Gently boil for 10 minutes before adding the remaining ingredients and cook for 15 to 20 minutes more.

— The soup is customizable as per your preferences. You may add any of your favourite veggies, such as Cauliflower, Sweet Potato, Bok Choy, Celery, etc.

— Add 1 chopped chicken breast, or black beans for added protein if you like.
