I. DELIVERY POLICY

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via our shipping partner. Cut off time for same day dispatch of the order is noon, order received later in the day will be dispatched the next working day. The orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

II. RETURNS POLICY
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
