Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Tonic

The slightly earthy, sweet tonic is an excellent way to begin your day. The best part is it reduces inflammation and nourishes you.


  • 2 cups of coconut water
  • 2 Tbsp of Earth Signature Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • Juice of 1 Orange or Lemon
  • 1 medium size Carrot
  • 1 Tbsp of pure Honey or real Maple syrup
  • A pinch of black pepper

Optional: Add a pinch of Cayenne. Cayenne can be used to provide some heat and is a potent digestive aid.


  1. Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Drink straight away or strain before serving.
